Gift cards and products are ordered using the forms on this site. The purchase is complete once the payment has been approved, and you will receive a confirmation by email. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any delivery costs are shown before payment.

Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is shown as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. An electronic gift card (PDF) is emailed to the buyer as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. If you choose pickup, the gift card can be collected at the studio at an agreed time. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for the studio's services and products. It cannot be exchanged for cash. Please mention the gift card number when booking.

Shop products can be picked up at the studio (Villimiehenkatu 10, Lappeenranta) at an agreed time or delivered by post within Finland. We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment, and delivery takes 2–5 business days. We will let you know if there is a delay.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For products the period starts when you receive the product, for gift cards on the date of purchase. Notify us by email at albina.rasanen.studio@gmail.com. Returned products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene and health reasons, sealed cosmetic and pigment products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. A used gift card cannot be withdrawn. Return postage is paid by the customer. We refund the payment to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice (for products, once the return has arrived).

If a product is defective or damaged, please let us know within a reasonable time of noticing it. We will replace the product or refund it.

We aim to resolve any disagreements directly with the customer. Consumers may also contact the Finnish consumer advisory services and refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
